For higher efficiency T-Systems CIS management came to a decision to implement a quality management system which corresponds to international quality standards. So ISO 9001:2000 was chosen as a basic standard. And in 2004 ISO 9001:2000 certificate for Resources provision for Software Development was obtained by the company.
